What is direct primary care? Instead of billing your insurance visit by visit, you pay us a flat membership — $150/month for one adult. That covers your primary care: unlimited office and telehealth visits, an annual physical with labs, and the ability to call or text your doctor. No copays, no surprise bills.
Who we care for: adults and seniors, especially those managing diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or several conditions and medications at once.

Many direct primary care doctors are family physicians who see all ages. Ours is a board-certified internist, trained in adult medicine, who has cared for many patients who felt rushed or unheard. She built Datri, MD to change that, and to include as much care as possible in one fair monthly fee.

Simple, transparent direct primary care pricing in San Antonio. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. Need bloodwork or imaging outside the office? We offer discounted cash prices through third-party labs and imaging centers, and you'll know the price upfront. As of January 1, 2026, DPC membership fees may be paid using HSA funds (eligibility may vary - check with your insurance plan). Membership is not health insurance. We recommend keeping coverage for hospital care, specialists, and emergencies.

Why $150 a month instead of a copay? You see the same physician every time: Dr. Datri, a board-certified internist. Visits are longer, you can call or text her directly, and in-office ultrasound, ECG, spirometry, and urinalysis are included.
Money is tight. Can I make this work? Many members pair membership with a lower-cost or high-deductible plan, and HSA funds can often pay the fee. Call us and we'll talk through your situation honestly, even if that means telling you it's not the right fit.
Do I still need insurance? Yes. Keep it for hospital stays, specialists, and emergencies. We handle your everyday care.
Can I reach Dr. Datri after hours? Yes. Call or text her directly, and she'll get back to you as soon as she can. For emergencies, call 911.
