As a direct primary care practice in Stone Oak, San Antonio, we keep our practice to a few hundred patients. A typical primary care doctor is responsible for 2,000 or more. Fewer patients means more time and better care for each one. Here's what you get as a member.
We provide comprehensive care for adults and older adults. This includes chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease), medication management, preventive care, mental health, medical weight loss, HIV testing and PrEP, care for sudden illness, and annual physicals.
Need a visit? We offer timely, flexible scheduling, so you can be seen when you need it.
Appointments are typically 30 minutes, but can go as long as 90. Whatever it takes to get you taken care of. Good healthcare takes time.
Simple in-office procedures are included in your membership. If anything has an extra cost, you'll know exactly what it is before we proceed.
If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will work closely with that specialist.
Dr. Datri is an HIV Specialist (AAHIVS). We offer confidential HIV testing, prescribe PrEP to prevent HIV, and provide ongoing primary care for people living with HIV.
We've arranged discounted cash prices with third-party labs and imaging centers, so bloodwork, X-rays, and other imaging often cost far less than they would through insurance. You'll know the price upfront.
Many tests happen right in the exam room, during your visit, at no extra cost: handheld (point-of-care) ultrasound, wireless ECG to check your heart rhythm, spirometry to measure lung function, and urinalysis. Fewer separate appointments, faster answers.

Here's what people usually ask before they call:
Why $150 a month instead of a copay? You see the same physician every time: Dr. Datri, a board-certified internist. Visits are longer, you can call or text her directly, and in-office ultrasound, ECG, spirometry, and urinalysis are included.
Money is tight. Can I make this work? Many members pair membership with a lower-cost or high-deductible plan, and HSA funds can often pay the fee. Call us and we'll talk through your situation honestly, even if that means telling you it's not the right fit.
Do I still need insurance? Yes. Keep it for hospital stays, specialists, and emergencies. We handle your everyday care.
Can I reach Dr. Datri after hours? Yes. Call or text her directly, and she'll get back to you as soon as she can. For emergencies, call 911.
